IMPORTANT:
To upgrade your product, download the correct firmware for your model and software version. Please follow the owner’s manual for the correct process and the instructions available in the release note prior to upgrading your unit to 4.6r1p2.
Your current version is:
* V4.2r0 or later
* Prior to V4.2r0
If your Elite product has a firmware prior to 4.2r0, you must follow the following process before upgrading the product to the 4.6r1p2 release:
- Step 1: Upgrade to firmware 4.1r2 first (versions prior to V4.1r2 only)
- Step 2: Once step 1 is complete or if your current version is V4.1r2, upgrade to special 4.2r0 firmware
- Step 3: Once step 2 is complete, upgrade to firmware 4.6r1p2.
⇒ Perform the latest upgrade twice consecutively to apply the firmware onto your unit properly. The first update will update the unit startup sequence, the second will apply the full firmware on top of it.
4.6r1p2 upgrade information
From versions prior to FW 4.6r0p2, to ensure optimal updating, it is exceptionally necessary with this software to perform the update twice consecutively with the same package. After the second update, the software will be properly installed and ready for use.
