This award-winning Wavetrain Cinemas Signature Series project, recognised with the 2024 CEDIA Award for Best Home Cinema Level 2 in APAC, showcases the pinnacle of luxury and innovation in home cinema design. Driven by the clients’ desire to incorporate the immersive qualities of the Elementi Air digital active system for exceptional sound quality. Every element of the cinema’s design was meticulously engineered to meet and exceed industry standards, with acoustics optimised for concert-level sound output in a compact space.
A key focus was sound isolation, ensuring an undisturbed cinematic experience without impacting the rest of the home. Our team implemented innovative solutions to seamlessly integrate sound isolation features into the existing structure, creating a dedicated space for unparalleled entertainment. The heritage status of the building added complexity, requiring architectural adjustments like lowering the floor level to enhance spatial dynamics while maintaining the historical integrity of the structure. The result is an extraordinary, immersive cinema that epitomises luxury, craftsmanship, and cutting-edge technology.
