James Ratcliffe is one of the younger industry veterans. At the age of 24 James became the youngest person ever voted to the Board of CEDIA, having been around the industry for 10 years already. James launched Homeplay in 2006, which has grown into a well-respected and prestigious CI firm, winning Best Media Room – EMEA and Best Media Room – Global for the 2022 CEDIA Awards. Most recently, this year in 2023, James was elected to the global board for CEDIA. He was also appointed as the industry liaison to the design community for his work with interior designers and architects.
